DOMESTIC STRATEGIES FOR THE PROFESSIONAL SELF-REALIZATION OF FUTURE AVIATION SPECIALISTS IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

Abstract

This article analyses domestic strategies for the professional self-fulfilment of future aviation specialists during their professional training. It is argued that the modern higher education system is geared not only towards the development of professional competencies, but also towards the development of students’ personal potential and their ability to consciously realise their professional opportunities in their academic and professional activities. Based on an analysis of regulatory documents and scientific research, the conceptual foundations of the professional training of future aviation specialists have been identified. Attention is focused on domestic experience in implementing educational strategies aimed at developing professional self-realisation, in particular through the integration of psychological and pedagogical disciplines, the development of critical thinking, and the formation of self-development and professional self-improvement skills. The potential of educational components focused on personal growth, leadership, intercultural communication and the formation of individual educational trajectories for learners is explored. The role of research activities, participation in conferences, training sessions and projects in fostering self-realisation, developing reflection, and enhancing communication and research skills is analysed. Emphasis is placed on the importance of dual education, which ensures the integration of theoretical training with practical activities and contributes to the development of readiness for professional self-realisation in the real-world conditions of the professional environment. It has been established that the effectiveness of the professional self-realisation of future aviation specialists is determined by a comprehensive combination of educational, scientific and practical training components, as well as the creation of an educational environment focused on the development of the motivational and value sphere, professional identity and the capacity for self-development.
