Abstract

The article deals with the problem of improving the professional training of future specialists in musical art, a special role in which is given to the development of professional culture. The concepts of pedagogical culture and professional culture are revealed and compared. The structure of professional culture is studied. The professional culture of a music specialist is presented as a multifaceted concept, the originality of which determines a set of professional qualities that harmoniously integrate psychological, pedagogical and specific musical preparedness for the future profession. The directions of training a future specialist in musical art are described. As a result, it is proved that the basis for the development of professional training of future specialists in musical art is the formation of aesthetic experience, the creation of a special creative environment and creative and emotional mode of work, the development of co-creation of a music teacher and students. The conclusions are drawn about the need to continue research in the field of clarifying the theoretical and methodological foundations for the development of professional culture of future music specialists in the process of piano training. We should not forget that under the influence of socio-cultural trends, the inner side of the professional world is also changing. Now there is a greater demand not for young theoreticians who can think about actual problems, but for specialists who are able to act in the conditions of real life on the basis of deep theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The established hierarchy is being replaced by the newest and most relevant systems, in which professional culture occupies a prominent place. It has been proven that professional culture is a personal characteristic of a teacher, which includes: a set of professional knowledge, abilities, skills and experience of their implementation in professional activities; ability to creative thinking and constant self-improvement; professionally significant qualities. The quality of the performance of professional duties depends on the level of formation of the professional culture of an individual as a specialist, his ability to develop and improve his creative abilities in solving non-standard tasks.
