Abstract

The article describes the features of students professional training for artistic and constructive activities with preschool children by means of pedagogical practice. The main focus is on the fact that the effectiveness of this training largely depends on the organization of practices in different age groups of preschool education. The analysis of methodical and pedagogical aspect of preparation of the future educator of preschool institution for creative development of children by means of art work is carried out. It is emphasized that the content of artistic and constructive training of future teachers contains the following main components: intellectual and semantic (formation of necessary knowledge of basic and selective disciplines for working with children in this direction; organizational and full of activities (formation of appropriate skills for artistic and constructive activities ), value-oriented (formation of the necessary personal qualities that ensure success in this professional activity), motivational-personal (educational and professional motives that encourage to master properly relevant knowledge and skills to guide the artistic and constructive activities of children). Considerable attention is paid to the fact that during the preparation of future teachers for pedagogical practice in this direction, a proper role should be given to the organization of the educational process, in which the student would speak from the position of a subject who realizes the value of artistic experience and its implementation in practice. The decisive factor in these processes is that such training should be accompanied by the correlation of individual capabilities and abilities of the future teacher with the requirements of the content and conditions of future professional activity in terms of its successful implementation. The construction of the educational process on the basis of the subject-subject relations of the teacher with students is of great importance, which is to provide appropriate conditions for the realization of the potential of the future teacher, the formation of his creative personality and personal development.
