Abstract

The article deals with the peculiarities of Ukrainian higher and secondary chemical education reforming at the current stage. The modernization necessity of Ukrainian educational programs, a list of academic disciplines and a methodological model of chemists’ professional training in Ukraine are specified. The given statistics that characterizes educational programs popularity of chemists’ professional training is presented. The factors in the popularity reducing of educational chemistry programs for undergraduates in Ukraine are determined. A comparative analysis of educational programs of higher educational establishments – leaders in chemical program subject areas in Ukraine and the world in order to determine the main components has been carried out. The main structural components of the chemists’ professional training, a list of educational disciplines, which form a content core, implement a professional orientation, provide self-realization in Ukrainian higher educational establishments and abroad are analyzed. The usage of adaptive courses practicability in the future chemists’ professional training abroad and the possibility of implementing such courses in Ukrainian educational programs are identified. The list of individual disciplines, which allow students to acquire experimental competence in foreign higher educational establishments, is determined. The foreign experience of teaching chemical disciplines to students of various educational programs for the purpose of their own interests satisfaction is studied. The experience of foreign higher educational establishements in providing the opportunity to obtain pedagogical qualifications during the chemists’ professional training is analyzed. The main ways to update the content of Ukrainian educational programs, the list of academis disciplines of chemists’ professional training, which will allow to popularize the chemist’s profession and provide the competitiveness conditions acquisition by young Ukrainian specialists in the world labour market.
